Scott is a Graphic Designer who's work reflects his love of history and tradition. He has always been keenly observant of how things work, This led him to study Design which is rooted in problem solving. One of the great rewards of being a designer is getting to work in a variety of styles. His entire career he has pursued traditional creative fields and applied his knowledge of design while working as a Sign Painter, Illustrator, and Scenic Painter for Paramount Pictures Theme Parks and Muralist. He continues to do everything by hand from concept drawings, finished renderings and hand lettering.
Brought up in the small farming town of Grabill, Indiana, Scott studied Design at the Art Academy of Cincinnati. He is currently the co-owner of Brushcan Custom Murals & Signs and has lived in Asheville with his wife and daughter since 2003.
